Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointment bookings should be made via text messages, email or phone call.

  • We respectfully request that you provide us at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We will gladly reschedule your appointment to better suit you, but it will be dependent upon availability.

  • If the 48-hour timeframe is not respected, a cancellation policy fee equivalent to two (2) hours cleaning services will be applied for the scheduled appointment. This will also apply if we are not able to enter the house when we arrive. This keeps our employee schedules structured and allows us to keep giving our consumers excellent services.

  • To cancel an booking appointment, it must be via Lavanda Domestic Services phone number, text message or email - lavandadomesticservices@gmail.com only during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm), We do not accept cancellations from our automated SMS "do not reply" system.

Pricing and payment

  • The client consents to pay at the conclusion of the service on the same day that the service is provided. However, we also allow that the payments can be completed within five (5) business days of the invoice date. Otherwise, a $50 dollars late payment fee will be added. Future bookings will have to be cancelled if this condition is still unfulfilled after fifteen (15) calendar days.

  • Payment can be paid by cash or bank transfer.

  • In case we need to stay longer at the property, the cost of the service will change. However, alterations can only be made with the agreement of the customer and Lavanda Domestic Services.

  • Move in/out cleaning, one off & Spring cleaning ; it is important to note that these services will be charged at our hourly rate as times will vary due to more detail and extra services.
